Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information Woof-Fit LLC (“Woof-Fit,” “we,” “us”) collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies when you use our website and apps, purchase our workout programs, sign up for free content, contact us, or otherwise interact with us, together, the “Services.” We believe you deserve to understand how your information is used.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give you additional notice, such as an email or a notice on the site.
1. Who We Are
Woof-Fit is a dog-and-human fitness program operated by Woof-Fit LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].
2. What We Collect
Information you give us
- Account information: your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Free-content sign-ups: the email address you give us to unlock a free workout or other complimentary content.
- Purchase information: the programs or memberships you buy, the price, and the date. Your full payment-card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider. We never see or store them.
- Content you share: photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, and anything you post in community features.
- Communications: what you tell us when you contact support, give feedback, or respond to a survey.
Information we collect automatically
- Activity: which workouts you view and your progress through the programs.
- Device and usage data: your device type, operating system, browser, app version, IP address, unique device identifiers, access times, pages viewed, and links clicked.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small data files and pixels that keep you logged in, help the site work, count visits, and, with your consent where required, measure analytics and advertising. See Section 6.
Information from other sources
If you sign up or log in through a third-party platform, such as Apple, Google, or Facebook, we receive certain information from that platform, like your name and profile details, according to their settings. We may also receive information from payment providers and analytics services.
Information we infer
We may draw reasonable inferences, for example, estimating your general location from your IP address, or your workout preferences from what you’ve viewed, to personalize and improve your experience.
3. Why We Collect It: How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and maintain your account and deliver the workout programs you purchase;
- Process your payments and send confirmations, receipts, and related messages;
- Personalize your experience and track your progress;
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions;
- Send you news about content, programs, and features, and, with your permission, marketing emails. You can opt out anytime;
- Understand how the Services are used so we can improve them;
- Keep the platform secure and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or misuse;
- Fix errors and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Who We Share It With
We never sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Service providers who run our business for us, including Kajabi for website, course, video hosting, email, and checkout; Stripe, PayPal, and Kajabi Payments for payment processing; and analytics, email, and advertising tools. These companies may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Legal and safety: to comply with the law or valid legal process, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Woof-Fit, our users, and the public.
- Professional advisors: our lawyers, accountants, and similar advisors, where needed to run and protect our business.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- With your consent: or at your direction.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
5. Third-Party Video and Embeds
Some content on our Services, including workout videos, may be delivered through a third-party host, Kajabi, rather than stored by us directly. When you watch an embedded video or interact with other embedded content, the host may receive information about that interaction, such as your IP address and how much of the video you watch, just as if you had visited their site.
We don’t control what these third parties collect or how they use it, and this Privacy Policy doesn’t cover their practices. We recommend reviewing the host’s own privacy policy.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Essential: to keep you logged in and make the site work. These are required.
- Analytics: to understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
- Marketing: to measure whether our ads are working.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies when you first visit, and you can change your choices anytime through the cookie settings in our website footer or your browser settings. Turning off some cookies may affect how the Services work.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Account information and content: until you delete your account, after which we delete or de-identify it within 90 days.
- Payment and transaction records: 7 years, to meet US tax and accounting requirements.
- Support communications: for a reasonable period after your request is resolved.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
When we no longer need your information, we delete or de-identify it, unless we’re required to keep it to comply with the law.
8. International Data Transfers
Woof-Fit is based in the United States, and we process and store information in the U.S. and possibly other countries. If you are located outside the U.S., including in the EU or UK, your information may be transferred to countries that don’t provide the same data-protection laws as your own.
Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred and processed in this way.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Account information
You can access, correct, update, or delete your account information anytime in your account settings, or by contacting us. If you delete your account, we may keep certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Marketing communications
You can opt out of promotional emails anytime using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may still send you account and administrative messages.
Cookies
Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can usually adjust your settings to remove or reject them.
10. Your European Privacy Rights: EU / UK
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, subject to applicable law.
Legal bases for processing
We process your personal information to perform our contract with you, to deliver what you purchase and maintain your account; with your consent, for example, marketing, which you can withdraw anytime; to comply with our legal obligations; and for our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the Services, where not overridden by your rights.
Your rights
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Restrict or object to our processing;

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in Section 13. We’ll respond in line with applicable law.
11. Your California Privacy Rights: CCPA / CPRA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we’ve collected, the sources, our purposes, and who we share it with;
- Delete personal information we’ve collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Woof-Fit does not sell your information, and you can manage advertising-related sharing through our cookie settings; and
- Be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
Note: Have counsel confirm whether any “sharing” occurs via your analytics or advertising tools.
12. Security, Children, and Changes
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encryption, secure servers, and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but if a breach ever affects you, we’ll notify you as required by law.
Children’s privacy
Our Services are for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps to delete it.
