How Woof-Fit Began

The idea for Woof-Fit started during the pandemic, when gyms closed, and Sarit moved her workouts home. As she trained in her home gym day after day, she noticed she wasn't alone; her pup wanted to join every session. So she started including her, turning solo workouts into something they did together.

What began as a way to stay active became something bigger: she saw how much stronger, more focused, and more connected they both became by training as a team. That discovery grew into Woof-Fit - a whole approach to fitness built for both ends of the leash, because dogs don't just need a walk, and humans don't just need a workout. When you train together, you bond forever.

Meet the Woof-Fit Team

Meet Sarit!

Sarit is the creator and lead trainer behind Woof-Fit, blending her experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Canine Fitness Trainer (CCFT) with a lifelong love for dogs. She believes movement is one of the most powerful ways to build confidence, deepen the human–dog bond, and support long-term wellness on both ends of the leash.

Her training style is positive, playful, and deeply intentional, built on clear communication, teamwork, and helping every dog–human pair feel successful at any level. Her mission is simple: make fitness fun, meaningful, and something you and your dog genuinely look forward to.

Through Woof-Fit, Sarit creates routines that fit real life while strengthening the bond you share every day.

Meet Bamba!

Bamba is Woof-Fit's official canine trainer, motivator, and cheerleader on four paws. A standard F1B Goldendoodle, she brings joy and sparkle to every session - and yes, she takes her job very seriously… especially when treats are involved.

Bamba models each movement with enthusiasm, shows beginners that it's okay to take their time, and reminds everyone that fitness should feel playful, not pressured. Whether she's nailing a sit-to-stand, catching treats midair, or offering her proud ‘trainer paw’ for a high-five, Bamba embodies everything Woof-Fit stands for: confidence, connection, and celebrating every small victory.

Meet Adi!

Adi is a lifelong dog lover and fitness enthusiast who believes movement is even better when it's shared with a dog. She grew up ice skating, dancing, and staying active, but her whole approach to training shifted the day she adopted her first pup.

Training her own dog showed her how powerful it is when people and dogs learn together. Movement became more than exercise: it became a way to build trust, confidence, communication, and a stronger connection.

Adi brings energy, warmth, and a genuine love for helping people and their pups feel capable, engaged, and connected. She loves training dogs, and she loves training with them even more.

Meet Ruby!

Ruby is the heart-forward co-trainer of Woof-Fit - a gentle, wiggly Malinois mix rescue who's convinced that every workout should include treats, applause, and at least one dramatic tail wag.

She's the emotional support you didn't know you needed during tough reps, reminding humans that movement should feel joyful, not stressful. With her soft eyes, goofy enthusiasm, and giant heart, Ruby brings warmth and safety to every session. She's patient, she's positive, and she's always ready to leap in front of the camera - usually because she suspects snacks are involved. With Ruby on your team, every workout becomes a little sweeter, a little sillier, and a whole lot more connected.
